Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 apples, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl mix together the yogurt, oats, milk, egg and syrup.
  2. Add the apple, whole wheat flour, cinnamon, baking soda and baking powder. Mix it all together well.
  3. Heat a large skillet to medium high heat.
  4. Use 1 tsp of butter for each pancake.
  5. Pour 2 tbsp of batter into the skillet, or more depending on your preferred size of pancake.
  6. Repeat until the batter is gone, keeping the cooked pancakes in the oven at 250 F to stay warm.
