Royal Canadian Air Force’s Non-Duty Travel Program Opened

The Royal Canadian Air Force’s non-duty travel program is once again open to Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) members after a brief hiatus due to COVID-19, announced CANFORGEN 133/22.

In the past, the program has served as a convenient way for members and their dependents to travel around the world. However, the recent pandemic and operational requirements have put this program on hold.

The priority 5 non-duty travel program is now open to CAF on approved and available RCAF aircraft. However, it should be noted that current COVID-19 restrictions and guidelines apply to all non-duty travel. In addition, a screening declaration form will be required for applicants to fill out before they are approved for travel, stated the CANFORGEN.

All forms necessary for travel, available to the member through CANFORGEN 133/22, should be completed and sent to PLUSNPSC (at) 2airmovsqn (at) trenton or npsc (at) forces.gc.ca.

For flight information or any other questions, contact CFB Trenton 2 Air Movements Sqn or visit the 2 Air Movements Squadron website.
