Ingredients

Scale

1 package (250ml) cream cheese, softened

1 can (300 ml) sweetened condensed milk

½ cup lime juice

1 graham cracker crust (9inches)

2 cups whipping cream (whipped)

Lime slices, (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare or purchase 1 graham cracker crust (9 inches).
Step 2: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until it is smooth.
Step 3: Beat in sweetened condensed milk and lime juice until blended.
Step 4: Pour in to crust.
Step 5: Refrigerate, covered, for at least 4 hours.
Step 6: When serving, garnish with whipped cream and lime slices.
Enjoy!

Notes

NOTE 1: If you have a whipped cream canister feel free to use that to add whipped cream to the pie.
