CF Deal at Canada’s Wonderland This Weekend

Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) families are invited to pack up the kids and head to Canada’s Wonderland this weekend for some well-deserved family fun time.

Canada’s Wonderland has a special offer waiting for CAF members and veterans from Saturday, June 27 to Wednesday, July 1.

“All CAF members and vets will receive complimentary admission to the Park, which includes full access to the Park’s thrilling collection of rides, and a spectacular Canada Day fireworks display on Wednesday, July 1,” said Raewen Pappas,
partnership development coordinator, Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services.

Military members and veterans will also be able to purchase discounted admission tickets for members of their immediate family at a special Canadian Armed Forces discounted price.

Pappas also reminds members that a valid CFOne card with the designation of CF or V must be presented (valid military ID) at the Park to obtain free admission, as well as additional discounted tickets for family members.

Discounted admission tickets can be purchased at the Park or online.

According to the Canada’s Wonderland website the Park is the home to the most exhilarating collection of rides and roller coasters in all of Canada. Every member of your family is sure to find one that is just right for them. From carousels to train rides and Swan Lake, milder thrills await.

Kids of all ages can have fun with Charlie Brown, Snoopy and the rest of the Peanuts Gang in Planet Snoopy. Coupled with the fun of KidZville, Canada’s Wonderland children’s areas are sure to thrill little riders as they fly, whirl and swoop through the air.

Don’t forget to check out the dinosaurs. Dinosaurs Alive! at Canada’s Wonderland features more than 40 life-sized dinosaurs in a seven-acre outdoor Jurassic themed environment. Step back in time to periods between 245 million and 65 million years ago in the interactive animatronic dinosaur park.

Military families will find plenty of food options in the Park also. From sit down restaurants to snack carts, appetites including those with special dietary needs will be satisfied.
