Annual Military Family Ski Day at Calabogie Peaks

It’s time to hit the slopes and enjoy this year’s fun-filled day of free activities at the Calabogie Peaks Ski Resort.

Presented by Canada Company, this year’s military family ski day will take place on Feb. 28.

“It’s to show appreciation and recognize CAF members and family at a day when they can have fun and be recognized for all the good things they have done,” said Marie Claire Ouellette, vice president administration Canada Company.

All veterans, actively serving CAF members, reservists, and families are encouraged to come out and enjoy this family-centred winter fun day. And thanks to an increased number of supporters this year’s event will include skiing at the slopes, rentals, and lunch all free-of-charge for members and their families.

The first 400 military skiers will also be eligible to receive either a $25 voucher to Stinson for gas or Farm Boy for groceries.

With this in mind, Ouellette encourages all members of the CAF community to attend and “come and have fun.”

Registration is required to attend the 2020 Military family ski day. Click here to register.
