B&B Canada continues its tradition of free stays for vets on Nov. 11th

Bed and Breakfasts across the country will offer a variety of discounts and free stays to veterans and serving military members on the nights of November 10th and 11th as a way to thank them for their service.

“B&B Canada is proud to commemorate the achievement and sacrifices of Canadians who served in the cause of peace and freedom,” said Lisa Le Chatton, director of sales and marketing for B&B Canada.

The offers are detailed per participating establishment on B&B Canada’s website The program celebrates its 8th year of operation in 2016. The experience has been not only successful but also rewarding for all participants.

“Every establishment that has offered a free stay to veterans and serving members in past years has had beautiful experiences. The anecdotes that come out of those special days have been qualified as ‘gifts’ from some B&B owners. We also received very touching letters from veterans that took advantage of the offer. It’s very appreciated on both sides,” added Le Chatton.

Participating B&B are clearly identified on B&B Canada’s website with a poppy logo, to indicate their participation in the program. Some establishment also offer year long discounts to veterans and military members, as part of the Canadian Forces Appreciation Program.
