Ingredients

  • Pulled Turkey
  • Cranberry sauce
  • Brie cheese
  • Stuffing (optional)
  • Sliced bread (white, whole wheat, sourdough, etc.)

Instructions

Step 1. Prepare pan. Heat pan over medium low heat. If using kitchen grill heat on medium/high.

Step 2. Butter one side of each piece of bread. Put buttered bread side pieces together.

Step 3. On the top of the not buttered bread slice, layer cranberry sauce, turkey, and brie – and stuffing if using.

Step 4. Place the top piece of bread with the leftover items and place butter side of bread in pan. Place the other piece of bread on top – buttered side on the outside.

Step 5. Toast each side in the pan until cheese is melted and everything is warmed through – about 2.5 minutes or so per side.

Step 6. Once both sides are toasted, remove from pan, cut in half and enjoy!

Tip: if you made your stuffing in a loaf for Thanksgiving, slice off two pieces and use that as your bread.
