Ingredients

1 tbsp brown sugar

1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled

2 garlic cloves, crushed

½ cup creamy peanut butter

2 tbsp soy sauce

3 tbsp fresh lime juice

¼ tsp chili paste.

¼½ cup water. Start with ¼ cup and slowly add to the mixture

Instructions

  1. Add garlic and ginger to blender and blend until finely chopped. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
