Corn Bread

Corn Bread

(Serve with a hot bowl of your favourite chili)

1 cup corn flour

¾ cup whole wheat flour

1 ½ tsp baking powder

½ tsp baking soda

¼ tsp sea salt

6 Tbsp butter, melted

1 Tbsp honey

2 eggs

1 cup plain yogurt

½ cup milk

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.

Mix wet ingredients in another bowl and whisk.

Combine wet and dry ingredients, stir and pour into a greased baking dish.

Bake at 425 degrees F for 25 – 35 minutes.
