Captain Terry Hunter, a Training Development Officer deployed as a UN Military Observer in the South Sudan, encounters children of the Toposa tribe, many who have never seen a white man before, while on a long range patrol to the Ethiopian border Dec 2008. Capt Hunter is originally from Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island and has served in the Canadian Armed Forces both Regular and Reserve for 40 years.
