Military Community members who register for CFOne Card could win grand prize trip valued at $7,000

To celebrate its 20th anniversary, Canadian Morale and Welfare Services (CFMWS) is currently hosting an anniversary contest, with a grand prize valued at $7,000 in store.

The CFMWS 20th Anniversary Contest is currently open to all those members of the military community who register for a CFOne Card in the month of March. Members have greater chances to win if they not only register for the card but refer someone to sign up as well, the more people signed up, the more chances to win.

“It’s about making sure our community members are connected and use the CFOne Card. We want them to access CFMWS programs and services, and to take advantage of all the great benefits this membership has to offer,” said Cmdr. Sean Cantelon, Director General Morale and Welfare Services.

The prize includes a $3,000 airline gift card through Air Canada and a $4,000 U.S. vacation package, through Government Vacation Reward, allowing the winner to not only pick the destination of their choice but also have their lodging taken care of.

The contest is aimed at spreading the word about the CFOne Card and CF Appreciation program. CFMWS hopes that through this contest and referrals more members of the military community can be reached.

“My wife and I used our CFOne Cards several times throughout our first family trip travelling from Ontario to Alberta and then to British Columbia… Not only did it save us money for a family of four with two young children, it allowed us to have a more memorable and fantastic trip with lots of opportunities,” said Steve McGhee, a CFOne Card member.

The CFMWS 20th Anniversary Contest closes on March 31.
