It’s “grill time.” Nothing tastes better than a meal cooked over a grill! So here is a great way to shish your meal up with shish kabobs! They are a sure crowd-pleaser or great for your family. Shish kabobs are easy and simple.

You can grill whatever you like: shrimp, beef, chicken. When it comes to veggies – the garden is the limit. You can grill zucchini, peppers, tiny tomatoes, red onion, egg plant, etc. You can also have all the items cut up and have your family make their very own shish kabob!

One tip is if you are making a lot – stick with one item (meat or veggie) per skewer. This makes grilling easier by cooking the meat and veggies on separate skewers, as some items need more time over the grill than others! Serve with a salad and noodles or rice if you like!
