Under a starry night sky, members of the 12e Régiment blindé du Canada conduct a night fire exercise from a 6.0 Light Armoured Vehicle (LAV 6) in our favourite photo of the week.

Marc-André Leclerc shot the image, Valcartier Imaging Section, during a night fire exercise that took place at a crew chief and gunner conversion course in the training area of 2nd Canadian Division Support Base Valcartier (QC) on April 11.

The 12e Régiment blindé du Canada is an armoured regiment of the Canadian Army based out of CFB Valcartier. The regiment was founded in March 1871 and has served during the First and Second World Wars, peacekeeping missions, and Afghanistan. Photo courtesy of the Canadian Armed Forces.
