Combat Camera shares desktop theme pack with Canadians

Canadian Forces Combat Camera has been taking photos since the 1990’s. At a moment’s notice, the 14 photographers currently on staff are deployed anywhere around the world to capture images to add to the vast archive of photos.

“Photographers are deployed around the world and on exercises and operations who bring back footage that we share with our internal clients and other units, as well as other government organizations who use our imagery and as well as media,” explained Captain Jennifer Faubert, CAF Combat Camera.

At the end of March, Combat Camera released a desktop theme pack made available to the public. The theme pack is free to download with over 80 high-quality photos of various service men and women in action.

“We just want to share images,” said Faubert. “Combat Camera is to capture amazing operational photos. The Combat Camera theme pack is an innovative method to share these images with Canadians and lovers of photography.”

Combat Camera plans to change photos within the theme pack throughout the year to keep the images updated.
